It's time to SOLVE & SEW!

Our original Sudoku quilt pattern is designed to use nine fat quarters for the Sudoku puzzle itself, and then 1-1/2 yards of a solid coordinating color for the sashing (puzzle grid) and outside borders. This makes the pattern extremely versatile - you can literally use anything for the Sudoku blocks, as long as you have 9 distinctly different fabrics. Our two sample quilts, shown on this page, use two different themed approaches - one uses all novelty cartoon cat fabrics, the other uses as single novelty print with eight coordinating colors.

For your added enjoyment, our Sudoku quilt pattern makes a real Sudoku puzzle! The actual puzzle is included in the pattern - as is the solution, for those that prefer to sew but not solve. This pattern is great fun to make, and it's an excellent pattern for beginning quilters as it involves just basic cutting and piecing.

The finished quilt size is 61" x 61".
